Welcome to Mtaajr, a SaaS eCommerce platform operated by Exceed Business LLC (Wyoming, USA). By registering or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
Mtaajr is a hosted SaaS platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform during your active subscription. Your store and data are accessible only while your subscription is active. Upon expiration without renewal, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your store and data.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Subscription Plans & Trial Period
Mtaajr offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid subscription. Using the trial creates no obligation to purchase. Paid subscriptions are billed annually and automatically renew unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout. Upon activation, Mtaajr immediately allocates funds toward securing your hosting resources, domain registration (where applicable), and the annual platform license. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform to sell illegal, counterfeit, or harmful goods. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform. You may not engage in fraudulent or malicious activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All themes, code, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Exceed Business LLC. Your subscription grants a license to use them for your own store only.
7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Exceed Business LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
